工業采(cai)用(yong)(yong)金精礦制酸(suan)中,焙(bei)燒工段采(cai)用(yong)(yong)的是酸(suan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)焙(bei)燒工藝,空氣過剩系數大,使(shi)得(de)進轉(zhuan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)工段時SO2相對較低,采(cai)用(yong)(yong)轉(zhuan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)流(liu)程,可使(shi)轉(zhuan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)率(lv)高于 99.15%,尾氣達標排(pai)放(fang)。為了穩定轉(zhuan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)溫(wen)度,保證二氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)硫有最高的轉(zhuan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)率(lv),安裝溫(wen)度自(zi)調(diao)系統,考慮一段出口(kou)溫(wen)度高達560-580e,為了防止高溫(wen)氧(yang)(yang) 化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)腐蝕(shi),氣體出口(kou)管道材質選用(yong)(yong)1Cr18Ni9Ti并采(cai)取了熱補(bu)償措施。
殼(ke)體(ti)內部(bu)其余裸露部(bu)分均噴鋁(lv),厚度為(wei)012-013mm,防(fang)止 高溫腐蝕,延長其使用壽命(ming)。由于(yu)SO2低,設計時催化劑裝填(tian)定額為(wei)300L/(t/d),總裝填(tian)量為(wei)32m3。一段(duan)上部(bu)為(wei)S108催化劑,下部(bu)為(wei)S101 催化劑;二、三(san)段(duan)均是S101催化劑;四(si)段(duan)全為(wei)S108催化劑。轉化器(qi)氣體(ti)空速為(wei)0124m/s,為(wei)今后增產(chan)留(liu)有余地(di)。
轉化工段的(de)(de)6臺(tai)換(huan)(huan)熱(re)器(qi)均為(wei)雙(shuang)圓(yuan)缺型高(gao)效換(huan)(huan)熱(re)器(qi),每(mei)臺(tai)換(huan)(huan)熱(re)器(qi)阻力小于(yu)112kPa,這樣(yang)可使風(feng)機出口壓力較低,不(bu)大于(yu)15kPa,減少了噸酸電耗。為(wei)了防(fang)止(zhi)高(gao)溫和冷凝酸對換(huan)(huan)熱(re)器(qi)的(de)(de)腐蝕,采取了相(xiang)應的(de)(de)防(fang)護措施(shi)。
轉化工段的設備(bei)和管(guan)道保(bao)(bao)(bao)溫(wen)全(quan)部選用(yong)(yong)海泡石(shi)復合硅(gui)酸鎂材料(liao)(liao),此(ci)材料(liao)(liao)隔熱(re)性(xing)能優異,所(suo)用(yong)(yong)保(bao)(bao)(bao)溫(wen)層(ceng)(ceng)厚(hou)度(du)(du)比用(yong)(yong)巖棉板等薄(bo),經(jing)計算,在滿足(zu)工藝允許的散熱(re)量條件下(xia), 使用(yong)(yong)海泡石(shi)復合硅(gui)酸鎂保(bao)(bao)(bao)溫(wen)材料(liao)(liao),總的保(bao)(bao)(bao)溫(wen)費用(yong)(yong)最(zui)低。換熱(re)器保(bao)(bao)(bao)溫(wen)厚(hou)度(du)(du)為(wei)160mm,管(guan)道保(bao)(bao)(bao)溫(wen)厚(hou)度(du)(du)為(wei)120mm。所(suo)有保(bao)(bao)(bao)溫(wen)層(ceng)(ceng)外部均(jun)噴防水膠。
